EXPERTS ONLY DOUBLE HAZY IPA

Not for the faint of heart, this one is adrenaline-packed with Cashmere, Simcoe and Citra Cry hops, riding on a silky-smooth body of oats and wheat. Expect advanced levels of juicy nectarines, tropical passionfruit, peach gummies and ripe mango.

CRYSTAL CHAIR LAGER

Our classic golden Lager is deliciously crisp. Brewed repeatedly using the finest barley in small batches with noble hops for an honest, clean finish.

HOP GANJOLA HAZY IPA

This Hazy IPA brings the icky-sticky with Citra and Columbus hops, layering bright passion fruit, ripe mango, and that unmistakable devil’s lettuce aroma. Juicy, smooth, and resinous—this one’s a trip.

We couldn’t wait any longer… Before Whistler’s newest culinary destination even opens its doors, its already making waves—with beer.

Lorette en Blanc is our brand new wheat ale brewed in collaboration with the soon-to-open Lorette Brasserie, crafted with orange peel and coriander for a smooth, citrusy, and subtly spiced character. Light, aromatic, and effortlessly drinkable—perfect for moments of connection, laughter, and pure enjoyment.

LOAMONADE LEMON ZEST INFUSED LAGER

House of Lager Collaboration. This crispy lager is brewed with real lemon for a bright hit of citrus and a clean, crushable finish. Born for loamy turns, dusty high fives, and that golden hour glow in the Sea to Sky.

VALLEY TRAIL PALE ALE

Our juicy, American-style Pale Ale plays on high notes of sweet fruit, floral and citrus characteristic of famed Simcoe, Amarillo and Citra hops.

DEATH BEFORE DOWNLOAD HAZY PALE ALE

he perfect spring beer! Late additions of Vic Secret and Huelle Melon hops keep the bitterness low while providing tropical fruit and citrus aromas. The oats and wheat used in the grain bill help contribute to a fuller mouthfeel. This beer is worth the hike down to the village. Because as locals say, “Death Before Download”

ST. JAMES IRISH STOUT

4.1% alc./vol. 30ibu

When we approached our brewer, James from Tullamore, Ireland, about crafting a proper Irish Stout for St. Patrick’s Day, he leapt at the opportunity before we could even raise a pint. What he didn’t know? Behind the scenes, we not only names the beer after him but also had our very own @andygimson create a label, immortalizing him in all his glory.

You’ve been charmed with the luck of the Irish and found a liquid pot of gold at the end of the rainbow! This dark stout pours with a creamy head and delivers cacao nibs, roasted coffee, and a hint of bonfire ash rounds out every sip. Sláinte!

LIGHT LAGER
4.0% ABV 10 IBU

Brewed repeatedly in small batches with premium Canadian-grown barley and a select blend of Noble hops for a classic take on a Light Lager. Clean, crisp and refreshing is what we’re all after here folks.
