A Rustic American-styled Farmhouse Ale brewed with a mixed fermentation of Saccharomyces and Brett C. adding earthy, black peppery notes. Rye grains compliment with spice, and Mosaic dry-hopping adds a touch of rose, blossom and fruit.
Our third iteration for Hammer Roasting Coffee Porter is back and better than ever. This year’s batch contains a traditional old world Porter malt bill and water chemistry for a robust backdrop allowing the 40lbs of Brazil and Guatemala coffee beans to take centre stage. Find coffee forward notes including milk-chocolatey goodness, deep caramel with a hint of dark cherry and a drier finish.
