Three unique yeast strains were used to create this dry hopped, fruit forward saison. Ekuanot and El Dorado hops enhance the fruit and tropical esters from the Brettanomyces strain (A&B) to bring notes of stone fruit and pineapple with just a hint of spice from the saison yeast.
