ABV 5.0% 20 IBU

A beautiful blend of traditional European malts and hops coupled with Black Peppercorns (this batch). Finished with a Belgian yeast strain borrowed from our good friends The Beer Farmers in Pemberton. Bloem spent what little precious time we had with her resting on hibiscus flowers taking on a beautiful pink hue and delicate floral aromas.
