This is a rich full body stout with an exhilarating marriage of cherry and coffee taking centre stage. We aged the stout in Caribbean rum barrels. Then transferred to stainless on top of Whistler locals’ @hammerroasting Zappa Coffee beans and Balaton sour cherries picked on the Naramata Bench in Penticton. B.C. Malted oats enhance a silky-smooth, creamy mouthfeel with an amazing aroma of fresh brewed coffee and a harmonious blend of cherry.
