Barrel Aged Stout with Cherry, Coconut and Vanilla
This is a rich full body stout with captivating flavours of cherry, coconut, chocolate and vanilla. We aged the stout for 2 years in Caribbean rum barrels, then transferred to stainless on top of toasted coconut, vanilla beans and Balaton sour cherries picked on the Naramata Bench in Penticton, B.C. Malted oats enhance a silky-smooth, creamy mouthfeel with a warm, long-lasting, sweet dessert-styled finish.
