The Alpinist Double IPA

ABV 8.5% 75 IBU

Columbus, Chinook, Amarillo and Citra are used throughout and Dry-Hopped with massive additions of Amarillo and Citra to create a tropical, juicy, citurs overall character across the warmth of the higher ABV. This is a very limited release.

Base Camp Scotch Ale

ABV 7.5% 30 IBU

Place yourself in front of the fireplace at the ski cabin reading your favourite leather bound book sitting in a wingback chair sipping on Base Camp Scotch Ale. This rich, complex ale is brewed with European hops, Roasted Barley, Peated & Smoked Malts providing endless layers of flavour. Enjoy!

Wild Creatures Rustic Farmhouse

ABV 5.5% 25 IBU

A Rustic American-styled Farmhouse Ale brewed with a mixed fermentation of Saccharomyces and Brett C. adding earthy, black peppery notes. Rye grains compliment with spice, and Mosaic dry-hopping adds a touch of rose, blossom and fruit.


Hammer Roasting Coffee Porter

ABV 5.5% 23 IBU

Our third iteration for Hammer Roasting Coffee Porter is back and better than ever. This year’s batch contains a traditional old world Porter malt bill and water chemistry for a robust backdrop allowing the 40lbs of Brazil and Guatemala coffee beans to take centre stage. Find coffee forward notes including milk-chocolatey goodness, deep caramel with a hint of dark cherry and a drier finish.

Woodnutt Brown Ale

ABV 5.5% 30 IBU

Woodnutt Brown is created with select blend of Weyermann Pale and Light Munich malted barleys that give notes of caramel, honey and bread. While Chocolate malts impart the colour and a toasty flavour. A finishing touch of Cascade hops unmistakable character is right at home in this award winning, well balanced, North American-styled Brown Ale.





Bonfire Stout

ABV 6.0% 23 IBU

Bonfire is rich, bold and full of roasted barley, oats and chocolate malts with a hint of campfire smoke lurking in the background. A beautiful dark and foreboding Stout.
