We built this beer to let the honey shine – clean and subtle, never sweet or syrupy. The base is crisp and snappy, with just enough malt backbone to carry the flavour. A touch of Vienna malt, a whisper of Honey malt, and a soft blend of Dextrin and Flaked Barley build structure and a beautiful, lasting foam. It’s all tied together with a classic dose of Czech Saaz hops for balance and a tasty, clean finish..
