ABV 4.0% 20 IBU

This is such a fun beer! We took what would have been a base recipe for a German Dark Lager and soured it. Then dry-hopped heavy with berry/citrus forward hops Simcoe and Galaxy. Then aged it on a huge pile of Blackberry Juice Concentrate. The result is big citrus and berry blasts upfront followed by smooth chocolate undertones with mellow bitterness.
