German Pilsner
4.8% ABVFor 40 years the lights at Rimrock Cafe have been a welcome sight in Whistler. A place to celebrate, gather and share great food and drink. Brewed with imported German malt, hops and yeast, this crisp and clean Pilsner is crafted in honour of four decades of warmth, community and every reason Whistler keeps coming back.
Lager
5.0% ABVOur classic award-winning golden Lager is deliciously crisp. Brewed repeatedly using the finest barley in small batches with Noble hops for an honest, clean finish.
Pale Ale
5.0% ABVA refreshing pale ale brewed for mountain life. balanced and flavourful, it’s the perfect pint after a day on the trails or relaxing in the village. inspired by Whistler’s iconic Valley Trail, this easygoing beer is made for the places we call home.
IPA
6.0% ABVOur flagship juicy IPA has a luxurious mouthfeel filled with bright citrus and gentle tropical notes from Citra. The world’s favourite hop for its refreshing, uplifting flavour
West Coast IPA
7% ABVOur boutique West Coast IPA is a family passion, brewed repeatedly in small batches. Expect a crisp, clear beer highlighting bright citrus, dank resin and pine. Enjoy.
Hazy IPA
6.7% ABVStep into the gondola and take a ride through a heady haze of citrus, tropical fruit, and unmistakable dankness. This Hazy IPA brings the icky-sticky with Citra and Columbus hops, layering bright passion fruit, ripe mango, and that unmistakable devil’s lettuce aroma. Juicy, smooth, and resinous—this one’s a trip.
Hazy IPA
6.0% ABVBuilt for those who go further. Dry hopped with @freestylehops Nelson Sauvin Bliss Process, Rakau and our hand-selected Citra. Layers of candied orange, juicy mango, tropical passionfruit and ripe stone fruit are balanced by a light diesely dank character. Silky haze with saturated hop expression.
Hazy Pale Ale
5.3% ABVFully loaded and headed for a Sea to Sky adventure, packed with Citra, Luminosa and Sabro, which delivers a wallop of citrus, peach, guava and coconut wrapped in a sun-soaked, fruit-saturated hop body. Tell your boss you're busy because wherever this trip is headed, it's going to be a helluva good time.
Tangerine Sour Wit
4.8% ABVTherapeutic recreation comes in more forms than one. We teamed up with the Whistler Adaptive Sports Program to bring you an adventurous remaster of a classic beer style. We adapted a traditional witbier, soured the base, then added real tangerine puree, orange peel and coriander to deliver a bright, tart and refreshing buzz. When the playground comes calling, the juice is always worth the squeeze.
Hoppy Lager
5.6% ABVEach year, we honour International Women’s Day with a new beer, a tribute to the women who lift us up and move us forward. This year’s release features the Yakima Chief Hops Pink Boots Blend, combining Centennial, Mosaic, HBC 638 and Ekuanot to deliver tropical citrus and stone fruit with subtle herbal notes and a clean, refreshing finish.
Margarita-Style Beer
6% ABVWhat went into this beauty: • A big hit of lime for that bright margarita zip • A splash of tangerine to round out the citrus • A touch of salt for that classic rim-kiss • Real agave syrup for a soft caramel-herbal sweetness • Tequila-soaked wood chips bringing subtle vanilla and coconut vibes • Clean, crisp lager fermentation to keep it refreshing and crushable • Finished with a sparkling, “craft clarity” glow The result? A wildly refreshing, boogie-worthy margarita-inspired beer that tastes like sunshine, good times, and that first sip on a beach chair, even if you’re wearing ski boots.
Breakfast Stout
6.0% ABVYeehaw partner, skip the breakfast, slap on them cowboy pants and let’s hit some first tracks on the freshly groomed corduroy slopes! This Breakfast Stout is packed with oats and LOAMER coffee beans from our pals at Gradient Coffee Co. aka @gradientcoffee. Notes of pancakes and syrup, dried fruit, trail mix, nuts, hot chocolate and morning coffee. 6.0% all.vol. 30 ibu. ⚡️☕️THIS STOUT CONTAINS CAFFEINE ☕️⚡️ Available today for a pint and to go in these super fun tall cans designed by our very own @andygimson. ***Available on draught only***
Cold IPA
6.5% ABVBust out your best moves and show off a little with this Cold IPA that hucks a razzle-dazzle drop of Strata CRYO, Columbus CRYO, Mosaic and Sabro CRYO. It flaunts icky-sticky dank, strawberry smoothie, blueberry ice cream and tropical fruit salad, all riding a super dry, super snappy, super crispy body.
Beer
5.4% ABVA Bright & Refreshing Brew Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Lorette Brasserie, Whistler’s newest culinary destination, this wheat beer is crafted with orange peel and coriander for a smooth, citrusy, and subtly spiced character. Light, aromatic, and effortlessly drinkable—perfect for moments of connection, laughter, and pure enjoyment.
Hazy Double IPA
8% ABVNot for the faint of heart, this one is adrenaline-packed with Cashmere, Simcoe & Citra Cryo hops, riding on a silky-smooth body of oats and wheat. Expect advanced levels of juicy nectarines, tropical passionfruit, peach gummies & ripe mango. ⚠️ This was another one of our limited releases! ⚠️ Meaning unfortunately we didn’t have a lot of it, folks.
West Coast Double IPA
8.0% ABVJust like the line it’s named after, The Coffin pulls no punches. This Double West Coast IPA demands full commitment – dry hopped with Nectaron, Simcoe and Columbus, its bursting with passionfruit, stone fruit, pineapple, and a hit of dankness that grabs hold like gravity on a no-fall line. Tight. Steep. Unforgiving – and for those who survive all the glory. This is a very limited release.
Tap House
Drop in after the trail, the hill, or a wander through Function Junction. The tap house is open seven days a week with fresh beer pouring and cans ready for the next adventure.
