This year, we utilized Crosby’s CGX NUVO Centennial hops on both the hot and cold side, pairing it with Maple Bay’s Centennial and Cascade hop blend. The result is a monster bursting with grapefruit pith, sticky resin, and pure, relentless fresh-hop goodness.
